Mosaics overview
A Mosaic is a dashboard made of tiles. Each tile is a live query pinned from Discover.
Creating a Mosaic
- In Discover, run a query and build a chart
- Click the pin icon → + New Mosaic
- Give the Mosaic a name and click Save
Or go to Mosaics → + New Mosaic to create an empty one first.
Adding tiles
From Discover: click the pin icon → select an existing Mosaic.
From the Mosaic: click + Add tile → search for a saved query or reveal.
Tile types
| Type | Description |

| Chart tile | Any of 27 chart types from Discover |
| KPI tile | Single metric with delta and sparkline |
| WBR row tile | Weekly Business Review metric row |
| Text tile | Markdown note or heading |
Layout
Tiles can be dragged and resized in a grid layout. Click Edit layout to enter layout mode.
Refresh
Tiles refresh automatically when the Mosaic is opened. Click Refresh all to force-refresh all tiles. Enable Auto-refresh for dashboards that need live data.
Sharing and publishing
- Draft — visible only to you
- Published to team — visible to all workspace members with Tracer role or above
Scheduling delivery
Click 📅 Schedule to set up automatic email or Slack delivery on a recurring schedule (e.g. every Monday at 8am).
