View your current plan, track workspace usage, and learn how to reach the team about Celiq Pro.
When to use it: When you want to check what plan you're on, see how much your team is using, or ask about upgrading.
Where to find it: Lumen → Account → Billing.
Who can use it: Luminary (admin) only.
Celiq is currently in beta, and every workspace is on the Free Beta plan. All features are free during the beta period, and your usage is shown so you can see how your team is working — but nothing is metered or charged today. This page is where you confirm your plan, review usage, and start a conversation about Celiq Pro.
Overview
The Billing page has three parts, top to bottom:
- Current plan — a card showing your plan name (Free Beta), an Active status indicator, and a reminder that all features are free during the beta. Pricing will be announced before general availability.
- Usage this month — four tiles showing how much your workspace has used: Queries run, Nodes built, Team members, and Warehouses. Each tile shows the current count and its limit.
- Celiq Pro — a card describing what the paid Pro plan is expected to include, with a contact link for early access.
The usage figures come straight from your workspace, so they reflect your real activity at the moment you open the page.
When to use it
Open Billing when you want to:
- Confirm which plan your workspace is on.
- See how many queries your team has run this month, how many nodes you've built, how many team members are active, and how many warehouses are connected.
- Reach out to the Celiq team about Pro features or beta pricing.
Concepts

Getting started
You need the Luminary role to open the Billing page — it lives inside Lumen, the workspace admin area, which only Luminaries can reach.
To open it:
- Go to Lumen (the workspace admin area).
- Open the Account section.
- Select Billing.
The page loads your current plan and usage automatically.
Step-by-step
Open Lumen
From the main app, navigate to Lumen. If you don't see it, you may not have the Luminary role — only Luminaries can open the admin area.
Go to Account → Billing
In Lumen, open the Account section and select Billing.
Check your current plan
At the top, the Current plan card shows Free Beta with a green Active indicator. The note confirms all features are free during the beta and that pricing will be announced before general availability.
Review usage this month
Under Usage this month, read the four tiles — Queries run, Nodes built, Team members, and Warehouses. Each shows your current count and its limit. During the beta, the first three are unlimited (beta) and warehouses show a limit of 1 (free tier).
Ask about Pro (optional)
If you're interested in the paid plan, use the Contact us about Pro → link in the Celiq Pro card (or the contact link in the plan card). It opens an email to the Celiq team for early access and beta pricing.

Best practices
- Check usage before adding more people or connections. The tiles give you a quick read on how heavily your workspace is being used.
- Use the contact links for Pro questions. The fastest way to ask about pricing, early access, or the upcoming Pro features is the built-in Contact us about Pro link, which pre-fills the subject for you.
- Treat the warehouse limit as the one real constraint during beta. The other usage tiles are unlimited in the beta; the warehouses tile shows the free-tier limit of one connection.
Tips
The usage numbers reflect your workspace at the moment you open the page. If you've just added a teammate or connected a warehouse and don't see it counted, refresh the Billing page.
Common mistakes
- Looking for Billing as a non-Luminary. The page is Luminary-only and lives in Lumen. Lens, Tracer, and Weaver roles won't see it.
- Assuming you'll be charged during the beta. You won't — all features are free during the beta, and pricing will be announced before general availability.
Troubleshooting

Celiq Pro (coming)
The Celiq Pro card describes the planned paid plan. According to the page, Pro will include:
- Single sign-on (SSO)
- Audit logs
- Custom roles
- Priority support
- SLA guarantees
These are framed as coming — they are not available on the Free Beta plan today. To ask about early access or locked-in beta pricing, use the Contact us about Pro → link on the page.
